Veterinary styptics became necessary when the first nail trim started bleeding. Use on bleeding nails, beaks, skin, or any external minor bleeding. 3 tubes included. Hemastop is a combination of two proven styptic compounds: Ferric subsulfate powder (industry standard) and Petrolatum gel (used in the sport of boxing as a safe and pain free styptic for years).
Both compounds are combined in a familiar "Chapstick" type screw end dispenser with a protective cap. Economical as one tube has a large number of applications. Contains: soy wax, petrolatum, ferric sulfate and diatomite.
