Shipping Charges:
Shipping is FREE with a $150.00 order or more, shipped by Ground UPS OR USPS within the continental USA (Our Choice) This excludes any F.O.B.(FOB items are heavy or oversized items with a shipping weight of 8 pounds or more), hazardous, APO & FPO address, and oversized packages. If your order is less than $150.00 you pay the actual freight charged.
Our fast, friendly shipping department ships most orders the same day they are received, if order is placed before 2:00pm CST, orders received after 2:00pm CST are shipped the following day, with the exception of Vaccines.
In order to ensure the protection of vaccines, we prefer to ship all vaccines on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend. Because orders shipped UPS Ground can take up to 10 days to deliver, vaccines belong to the purchaser upon leaving Our Warehouse. Vaccines are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please inform your sales person if you require special shipping and packing instructions.
Orders are shipped by 'no signature required' Customer must request it to be sent Signature if they want to sign for it. Please allow extra shipping time for products Drop Shipped from the manufacturer. Your order is shipped to you the best way, or the way you have requested when ordering. Shipping rates are based on your location in relationship to our Iowa warehouse, and if you have any FOB.
