Campylobacter Fetus-Jejuni Bacterin from Colorado Serum is for use in healthy ewes as an aid in the control of Ovine Genital Campylobacteriosis (vibriosis) caused by Campylobacter fetus and Campylobacter jejuni. Vaccine is an aqueous suspension of inactivated cultures of Campylobacter fetus and Campylobacter jejuni containing aluminum hydroxide as an adjuvant. Available in a 10ds or 50ds.
Contains thimerosal as a preservative.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Inject 5ml subcutaneously in the fold of the skin behind the axillary space shortly before breeding. Repeat in 60-90 days.
Revaccinate annually using a single dose.
PRECAUTIONS:
Anaphylactoid reaction may occur following administration of products of this nature. If noted, administer adrenalin or equivalent.
Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter.
